How do you like your steak and what side dish goes best with it?

My steak would be medium-well cooked with grilled asparagus and au-gratin potatoes on the side. MMMMM
Ahhhh, I forgot the A-1 steak sauce!

Ahhhhh yes, a good steak would be a nice Porterhouse done medium rare marinated in olive oil, steak spice and a pinch of dry rub mustard with a hint of Maggie (soya spice) on it…I am drooling now..
A good side is: mushrooms and onions also done on the BBQ, plus a homemade caesar salad, or a vegetable cobob done on the Barbie as well basted in lite olive oil and garlic…
Cheese cake for desert of course!
