Beef empanadas??

As a child, I went to school in San Pedro, California. For lunch, the school would occasionally serve these awesome tasting Meat Pies called beef empanadas. They were pre-packaged. I’ve searched high and low for these pies, but have had no luck. I’ve tried several Recipes on the internet, unfortunately they weren’t the same. By any chance has anyone heard of a company that makes these? (I’ve tried Goya already)

Have you tried calling your local Mexican restraunts. Sometimes they will sell you a case of them and you can seperate and freeze them and cook how many you need for your meal. Hope this helps.
