Anyone know an easy recipe for chocolate chip cookies?

I would like to know what an easy recipe is, because where I live, I can’t get baking powder or anything ‘American’ for your everyday chocolate chip recipe. Any one have any Recipes? Thanks!
i can’t buy them either, because i don’t live in the US or any other places like that.
i live in ukraine, and you can’t buy any kind of ready made mixes or anything like that. i’ve already looked, and they don’t have anything close to baking powder and stuff like that, especially if you are translating it from russian to english.
they also don’t sell ready made dough or mixes here.

1/2 c of sugar
1/2 c of packed brown sugar
1 egg
1tsp of vanilla
1/3 cup of butter
1/3 cup of shortening

mix

add in separate bowl

1 cup and 1/2 of flour
1/2 tsp. of baking soda
1/2 tsp. of salt

blend and add to wet batter

then add 10 to 11 ounces of milk Chocolate Chips

spoon out teaspoons onto ungreased sheet and bake in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes
